If the person has been on antifungals and binders for a few months and a retest has been run, is it common to see some markers elevate because they are now being released?

Yes. This seems to be the case. The levels will sometimes get higher initially if glutathione is being used too. Also, the levels can be higher if the person is still being exposed to mold, which for us as practitioners is hard to control.
