HVA/VMA ratio

In the back of my client’s resuls, it says high HVA/VMA could be due to DBH snp. My client is homo for a few of the DBH genes. Do you know the best way to support this defect?

I may have found my own answer. Copper may be low and ascorbic acid both of which are cofactors https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3614808/

Terri,
Right. These are two ways of supporting DBH. There’s a medication called Droxidopa (have never used it personally) that provides a bypass to DBH to support norepinephrine.
