Is there a role with HBOT, oxygenation, improved assimilation of nutrients and detoxification? Anyone using HBOT? I have read case studies that it improves neurological symptoms, autism, dementia?

HBOT definitely helps with autism, dementia and neurological issues. With regards to actual detoxification of chemicals, etc. I do not know of any studies the prove that.

Every person I work with who is doing HBOT is on supplements, e.g. multivitamin/multimineral, antioxidants, essential fatty acids. I haven’t required a binder unless its someone with a lot of intestinal yeast or bacteria. Then a binder might be useful in case of die-off. I don’t think a binder would hurt anything overall, but I don’t know how useful it would really be for HBOT overall.
