    How long do you recommend taking a binder after sauna sessions … or after ionic cleanse for that matter?

    Suzanne,
    I would suggest taking a binder within 1 to 2 hours after a sauna or ion cleanse session. If the these therapies are being stopped all together than the binder can be stopped too.
