    Hi
    How are we tracking acetylcholine level- or is this a presumption with low#38 and symptoms?

    Is there a correlation between acetylcholine and quinolinic acid?

    Dr. March,
    It is presumptive based on low HVA, VMA and 5-HIAA. I do not know of any lab that specially looks at acetylcholine. I am not sure it can be measured in urine as it might be unstable in urine samples or perhaps the body recycles the Acetyl group and choline.

    I do not know of a connection between acetylcholine and high quinolinic acid.
