    I have a 4 y.o. patient with positive mycotoxins, what binder do you like for kids? She’s had constipation, and we’re working on that with fiber. Once she’s having at least daily BMs, I hope to add binders.

    In the meantime, I’m thinking nystatin TID for a month…or a citrus drop mold inhibitor

    Her OAT. has all 3 oxalate markers up, is there more likely a genetic cause there?

    I like the GI Detox+ from BioBotanical. Its less constipating that straight activated charcoal.

    The oxalate is likely, in part, genetic. Glycolic can come from yeast, but the Glyceric is strongly linked to genetics – or at least a significant Vitamin B6 deficiency.
